Develop relevant test plans based on requirements - working with developers, administrators & functional consultants where needed to understand requirements.

Execute test cases to validate functionality & performance of applications.

Provide testing support & expertise across the SDLC. Collaborating with various technical teams to complete end to end testing of Salesforce solutions where relevant.

Implement & action regression testing strategies to ensure stability of the platform – particularly prior to major releases.

Identify, accurately capture & flag defects to the relevant teams - working together until resolution/rectification.

Analyse & report any trends in defects – Propose opportunities to leverage or propose improvements in automation and/or processes to enhance testing efficiency.

Assistance in generating or seeding relevant test data sets as needed.

Use of customer insights to provide direction for business initiatives

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelines, regulatory obligations and SLA’s

Ensure all confidential information is handled in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures
